Welcome to CondoAssist website. These terms and conditions apply to our website, mobile apps and all of its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliate operated sites which reference to these Terms and Conditions. “CondoAssist” is a condo management mobile application wholly owned by CondoAssist Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia under registration number 1199972-W and having its registered address at No.10-01, JalanPermas 10/5, Bandar BaruPermas Jaya, Masai, 81750 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

By using the website and mobile apps, you confirm and agreed on the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, you shall not use this website and mobile apps. The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the website and mobile apps with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the website and mobile apps following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Use of CondoAssist Website and Mobile Applications

We offer you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the website and mobile apps, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of condo management facilities in the mobile apps. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as overtly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the instant termination of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Certain services and related features that may be made available on the website and mobile apps may require registration or subscription. Should you choose to register or subscribe for any such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Every user of the website and mobile apps is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account.

Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. CondoAssist Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

Payment & Refund Policies

You’re able to login to CondoAssist mobile apps and make “full payment” of your monthly maintenance fee via credit cards, debit cards, Union Pay or FPX (Financial Process Exchange) system. Once the payment transaction is successful, our system will automatically generate the official receipt for you.

We strive to provide the most accurate pricing information to our mobile apps users, e.g. monthly maintenance fee and condo facilities booking and others, therefore payment that has been made is not refundable. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, contact you for manual refund in the physical management office and notify you of such payment cancellation.

Member’s Submission

Anything that you submit to the website, mobile apps or provided to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any submission, when you post comments or reviews to website or mobile apps, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any submissions.

Liability & Warranties

CondoAssist binds itself only to offer its services in accordance with the general description and details furnished by our condo management team. All services provided shall be implied and comply with all laws governed in Malaysia although in some cases, they may also be based on input from our members and our own discretion, especially for dangerous or sensitive items or products.

CondoAssist will ensure that all services follows our policies and guidelines. CondoAssist shall be under no liability and does not give any warranty as to the quality state condition or fitness of the services.

CondoAssist is not liable for any loss damage or liability of any kind suffered by any third party directly or indirectly caused by repairs or remedial work carried out without our company’s prior written approval and the users shall indemnify CondoAssist against each loss liability and cost arising out of such claims.

Trademarks & Copyrights

CondoAssist Sdn Bhd owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the website and mobile apps, information content on the website and mobile apps and all the website and apps design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. The entire contents of the website and mobile apps also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Malaysia copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

If downloading, copying, redistribution, re-transmission or publication of copyrighted material is permitted, you will make independent attribution and/or make no changes in or deletion of any author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. Any violation of these restrictions may result in a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties.
