PAYING MONTHLY MAINTAINENCE FEE

Tenants are able to pay their monthly maintenance fee with a touch of a button. They’re not require to make payment at the management office anymore. Auto-debit feature is also made available to automatically deduct the payment on a scheduled date on each month.

FACILITIES BOOKING

We try our best to make your booking as easy as possible. Now tenants can make booking for the BBQ area, swimming pool area or tennis court for special occasion via CondoAssist app without having to fill up forms anymore.

READ BULLETIN & NOTICES

Tenants can read special bulletins, notices, latest news, updates and events published by the individual management team. With this feature, our users can quickly and easily browse through a series of important bulletins instead of having to read it on the board.

FAULT REPORTS

Fault reporting feature is created for our users to send quick reports and picture of the things that need to be improved or problem areas which need immediate attention. This will alert our management team and immediate action will be taken if it’s necessary.

TRANSACTION REPORTS & HISTORY

A page for our users to check their daily, weekly and monthly transaction activities. They are able to request for official receipts for the payment that they have made and also track the payment history.

EVENT CALENDAR

Condo management team can publish upcoming events in this Event Calendar page and alert all tenants each time they posted something new. This will enable the users to keep track and look forward for the next happening events in the condo premises.

ACCESS TO IMPORTANT NUMBERS

A page to feature all important numbers such as management office, police station, hospital and other important numbers. Users can tab or click on the number to call the number immediately during emergency cases.

ONE TOUCH PANIC BUTTON

Our users can click the panic button during emergency cases. When you are in trouble, just press the panic button and this will alert the management office instantly for their immediate attention. Management office will be able to detect which unit that you’re staying too.

QR CODE SCANNER FOR PARKING

User can utilise our QR (quick response) scanner to scan on the QR Code attached at the parking entrance and exit. It is a simple “scan and go” solution that makes it easy for tenants and their visitors when they park their cars inside the parking zone.

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR VISITOR

Tenants can now pre-register their visitors even before they arrived. In a busy lobby or guard house, using our pre-registration system can greatly reduce visitor check-in time and lobby congestion. Since the visitor can be pre-registered, the receptionist or guard can simply scan the visitor’s license when they arrived.

COUPON AND DEAL PROGRAMME

Search and purchase deals, coupons and promotions from local retailers in the surrounding areas. Users can also explore exclusive shopping and restaurant offers at thousands of nationwide and local chains. All you have to do is to flash your mobile phone for redemptions at merchant’s outlets upon arrival.

LOYALTY PROGRAMME

Users will entitle for reward points each time they redeemed the coupon or deal from the merchant’s outlets.
